We are a family run business situated in the heart of the North Pennines, the site has fantastic view of the Dales and is a short walking distance from Historic village Middleton in Teesdale.
We welcome people from far and wide and dogs are welcome on the site.
We have a fantastic clubhouse that is used by both residents and visitors.

DaleView Caravan & Camping park hosts up to 64 privately owned static caravans, spaces for up to 40 touring caravans and a camping field able to host a good number of tents and motorhomes.
Daleview Caravan Park also has a public house that serves a full menu of ales and spirits and serves up a good and simple bar menu.
You will never be stuck for things to do, we are walking distance from the historic village of Middleton in Teesdale, High & Low force waterfalls, gibsons cave and the pennine way are all close by.
We are 9 miles from the Historic market town of Barnard Castle and Bowes museum.
Daleview is perfect for those looking for mountain biking, walking or running or do what most do up in the Dales relax with your favorite beverage and enjoy watching the world go by.
All residents please be aware for the next 3 weeks demolition work has started in the station masters house at the entrance to the park, we will be monitoring this carefully to ensure little to no disruption will occur. We have instructed the demolition form that no works are to be carried out at weekends.
To all Daleview patrons, It is essential that you keep your dogs on leads at all times whilst on the park, it is also your responsibility to clean up after your dog.
If we find any dogs not on leads or patrons not cleaning up after their pets we will ask you to remove your dog from the site and it will not be allowed access for the remainder of that season.

We are coming to the end of 2019 season, over the last few weekends we have celebrated Christmas, Halloween and Fireworks night, next weekend we have the end of season celebration, we hope you have all had a great 2019 season and look forward to welcoming existing and new residents to the park.
Been strange weather this month, very hot one minute, then pouring down the next, but everyone still enjoying themselves.
Great start to 2019 season, been plenty happening, entertainment booked for the year, and great plans to refurbish the park and some new additions coming soon.
Demolition will be imminent on the station House and hopefully new beginnings and memories will start to blossom
