We are a family run business situated in the heart of the North Pennines, the site has fantastic view of the Dales and is a short walking distance from Historic village Middleton in Teesdale.
We welcome people from far and wide and dogs are welcome on the site.
We have a fantastic clubhouse that is used by both residents and visitors.

Daleview Caravan & Camping park hosts up to 58 privately owned static caravans, spaces for up to 40 touring caravans and a camping field able to host a good number of tents and Motorhomes.
Daleview Caravan Park also has a public house that serves a full menu of ales and spirits and serves up a good and simple bar menu.
You will never be stuck for things to do, we are walking distance from the historic village of Middleton in Teesdale, High & Low force waterfalls, gibsons cave and the pennine way are all close by.
We are 9 miles from the Historic market town of Barnard Castle and Bowes museum.
Daleview is perfect for those looking for mountain biking, walking or running or do what most do up in the Dales relax with your favorite beverage and enjoy watching the world go by.
The Station clubhouse is re-opening this Friday evening, as per previous email we are operating a booking service to enter the pub
The sittings are as follows:
Friday 7pm – 9pm
Friday 9.30pm – 11.30pm
Saturday 7pm – 9pm
Saturday 9.30pm – 11.30pm
It will be a reduced drink menu and we will only be serving bar snacks and NO food for the initial period
The toilets will be open during this period on a one in one out basis

we have a limited number of seats, so if you wish to secure a table please book before the weekend.
If you wish to have a table next to other members in your social bubble please make us aware when you call.
We can only accommodate reduced numbers following Government and Durham county Council rules, therefore it is a first come first serve basis
The booking line will only be available between 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday

To all Daleview patrons, It is essential that you keep your dogs on leads at all times whilst on the park, it is also your responsibility to clean up after your dog.
If we find any dogs not on leads or patrons not cleaning up after their pets we will ask you to remove your dog from the site and it will not be allowed access for the remainder of that season.
If you have visited our site please leave a review, we are open to constructive criticism as were always looking to improve. Please remember we have only just bought this park and are trying to refurbish as quick as we can.

2020 Season is now open, we have been busy in the closed period, a full re wire has been completed on the clubhouse and surrounding buildings, and we have also re tarmacked the main stretch on the park. With our first weekend already complete we look forward to seeing you all arrive during the year.
